POLICIES

  • Please pre-register for class on our app or website to secure a spot. As classes sell out, we do not guarantee walk-ins. Class registration opens one week before class start time. Drop-ins are for ages 14 & up.

  • Once a class has reached capacity, you will be put on the wait-list. If a spot opens up, you will be notified via email or on the app (be sure to enable notifications.) If you don’t hear from us, unfortunately a spot did not open and you will not be charged for class. Classes will automatically be put back onto your account for later use.

  • Out of respect for our faculty and students, latecomers arriving 15-minutes or later will not be admitted to class. Please plan ahead for traffic and other disruptions.

  • As there is limited space, we ask if you need to cancel a reservation that you do so at least 3 hours before the class start time. In this case, your session will be credited back onto your account for you to use at another time.

    If you cancel a reservation within the 3 hour late-cancellation window, that reservation will be deducted from your account.

  • All sessions are non refundable or transferable. Early cancellations will be credited to your house account to be used at another time. Late cancellations will not be returned to your account.

    Memberships can be cancelled anytime before your billing cycle renews by visiting our Member Portal. There are no refunds for memberships that have been processed.

  • Drop-in classes are valid for 3 months from date of purchase. Class extensions can be granted for an additional 30 days for a $5 administrative fee per class. There is no limit to the amount of times a client wishes to extend.

    Unused drop-ins on memberships roll over to following month as long as the membership is still active.

  • We're happy to provide our community with quality class footage, and hope to make the process of downloading the captured experience easier! Scroll down to the end of the page to “Download Class Footage” and be taken to our Dropbox. If you don't see your video, check back in a couple of days - our team is working really hard!

    Our team goes through processes and guidelines for what ends up in the final cut, such as: camera stabilization, exporting issues, teacher recommendations, and lighting. We apologize for the inconvenience if you do not come across your class footage.
