Edel Veia

Edel Tolentino is a dancer and choreographer from Mississauga, currently dancing with Hamilton based team, RxD. She was also the Creative Director of ORIGINS (University of Waterloo) and long time instructor for classes at UW Hip Hop. Along with her training under GRooVe (GRV) in 2022 and her experiences taking a number of classes in a variety of styles, she continues to foster her own movement enjoying powerful and energetic choreographies heavily influenced by Hip Hop and the West Coast. With her passion for teaching and emphasis on hard work, she strives to create an environment that is both fun and driven in hopes that you leave feeling empowered and excited to dance again. Edel is so happy to share with the next generation of community dancers and hopes that she inspires you to lead your dance journey with authenticity, courage, and love for the culture.
