Please pre-register for class on our app or website to secure a spot. As classes sell out, we do not guarantee walk-ins. Class registration opens one week before the class. Drop-ins are for ages 14 & up.

Once a class has reached capacity, you will be put on the wait-list. If a spot opens up, you will be notified via email or on the app (be sure to enable notifications.) If you don’t hear from us, unfortunately a spot did not open and you will not be charged for class. Classes will automatically be put back onto your account for later use.

Out of respect for our faculty and students, latecomers arriving 15-minutes or later will not be admitted to class. Please plan ahead for traffic and other disruptions.

As there is limited space, we ask if you need to cancel a reservation that you do so at least 2 hours before the class start time. In this case, your session will be credited back onto your account for you to use at another time.

If you cancel a reservation within the 2 hour late-cancellation window, that reservation will be deducted from your account.

All sessions are non refundable or transferable. Early cancellations will be credited to your house account to be used at another time. Late cancellations will not be returned to your account.

Memberships can be cancelled anytime before your billing cycle renews by visiting our Member Portal. There are no refunds for memberships that have been processed.

Single drop-ins and 5-class passes are valid for 3 months. Classes on memberships expire at the end of the billing cycle.
