Megan Cartwright

Megan Cartwright is a Canadian dancer, choreographer, and educator known for her intention-driven movement and dynamic, multi-genre style. Rooted in contemporary, jazz, and street dance, her work blends strong technique with raw emotionality.

As both performer and teacher, Megan pushes dancers to move with purpose — not just to execute choreography, but to tap into deeper layers of artistry. Her classes refine physical precision while cultivating emotional intelligence and authentic expression. She focuses on storytelling that lands — movement that resonates beyond the studio.

Megan’s vocabulary is fluid yet bold, shaped by years of training and an evolving curiosity about what exists beyond her comfort zone. Her work reflects a belief in honest expression, vulnerability, and the idea that performance is not about perfection, but connection and self-awareness.

Above all, she empowers dancers to show up fully — to move not just for shape, but to speak a language uniquely their own.Vincent’s background in dancing consists of training from styles influenced by jazz and hip hop. The type of music Vincent listens to and choreographs to strongly affects the way he choreographs, which mainly falls between pop, RnB, and k-pop. Vincent is currently on Reverb dance crew and RPM dance crew which he holds leadership roles in and has competed and performed on various stages within the past 7 years with them both.
