New App + Membership Updates FAQ
Exciting news!
We’re upgrading our software and launching our brand-new Studio North app on November 5th — designed to make booking classes and managing your membership easier than ever. Along with this upgrade, we’re also rolling out our refreshed membership tiers to bring you an even better Studio North experience.

Our new app launches November 5th! We’ll be sending you an email with all the details on how to download and get started.
Please note: on November 4th, our current website and app will be temporarily unavailable while we complete the data migration. Don’t worry — all classes will run as scheduled! If you haven’t pre-booked and want to attend a class that day, just give us a call or stop by the studio — we’ll take care of you in person.
To help everything run smoothly, we recommend booking your classes in advance for the following week. If you need to make any changes or cancellations on November 4th, simply email or call us — our team’s got you covered.

Top up classes are available for Starter + Pro Members with an active membership. They expire 1 month from the date of purchase.

Unused classes will no longer roll over to the next month. However, you can book a class for a future date beyond your billing cycle (as long as you reserve it before your next billing date)

In an effort to simplify our pricing and improve your experience, we’ve made the decision to retire our Elite membership tier. All current Elite memberships will have the option to either upgrade, downgrade, or cancel their membership — with the 3-month minimum commitment waived if cancelled by October 31, 2025.

Absolutely! You can upgrade or downgrade your membership anytime through the Member Portal.
If you’ve noticed your classes are piling up, it might be a good time to consider downgrading or switching to a 5-Class Pass to get the best value for your schedule.
During this transition period, we’re waiving the 3-month minimum commitment for any cancellations — so you can make the changes that work best for you, hassle-free.

If you have several classes piled up on your account please reach out to us by October 31st. Only classes within your billing cycle will migrate over. Please try to use as many classes as possible by October 31st!

Once the migration is complete on November 5th you’ll receive an email from us with everything you need to know to get started—how to download the new app, log in, and start booking classes.
Your existing account details, memberships, class credits, and bookings will all be transferred to the new system. The only action you’ll need to take is to download our new app and reset your password once we go live.
